Privacy
Your data.
A clear purpose.
How we handle information shared through this website.
Who is responsible
LatentFactors SAS, 61 Rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France, is responsible for personal information collected through this website.
Business enquiries
When you contact us, we receive your name, work email address, company, area of interest, and any optional job title, LinkedIn profile, phone number or message you provide. Required fields help us understand and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
We use these details to respond and manage the resulting business conversation. The basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where your request concerns entering into a contract with you, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before that contract.
Access and retention
Enquiries are intended for the LatentFactors team handling your request. Our hosting and email service providers may process information to operate the website and deliver messages. The website does not maintain a separate contact database and does not add you to marketing lists.
We retain correspondence while handling the enquiry and any related business relationship, and only for as long as needed for that purpose or to meet applicable legal obligations. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. You may contact us to ask about the retention of your particular enquiry.
Technical information
Our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical request information for security and operation. The contact endpoint temporarily counts requests to limit abuse; its in-memory counters expire after 15 minutes. Form contents are not written to application logs.
Audience measurement
We use a self-hosted Matomo instance to measure this website’s audience and improve its content, performance, navigation and usability. It records page views, approximate visit statistics and limited counts of predefined interactions with solution links, navigation, calls to action and the hero animation control. It also provides aggregate statistics about device categories, major browser and operating system versions, and approximate country, region and city.
IP addresses are anonymised according to our Matomo privacy configuration. Matomo may use first-party audience-measurement cookies under the CNIL exemption. We do not use this information for advertising or profiling, and we do not use third-party marketing trackers. Individual visitor timelines and session recordings are not available. Audience-measurement data is retained for no more than 25 months.
Analytics is not connected to contact-form submissions. Names, email addresses, companies, job titles, LinkedIn profiles, phone numbers, messages and selected areas of interest are not sent to Matomo.
You may object to this audience measurement below. The preference is stored by Matomo as a first-party opt-out cookie in this website’s browser context and can be reversed at any time.
Checking your current preference…
Uncheck this option to object to audience measurement. You can change it again later.
Cookies and local preferences
Apart from the first-party Matomo audience-measurement cookies described above, this website sets no advertising cookies and includes no third-party marketing trackers. Your explicit light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser under lf-theme. It is not sent to us and is not used to identify you. Clear the website’s local storage to remove it and return to your system preference.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restrict or object to processing, and request portability where applicable. Use our contact form or write to LatentFactors SAS at the postal address above. We may need information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You may also raise a concern with France’s data protection authority, the CNIL.
Changes
We will update this page when our handling of website data changes. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
